01 Linux & Shell

Filesystem, permissions, processes, systemd, networking tools, and enough bash to automate your own job.

02 Git & GitHub

Branching, merging, rebasing, pull requests, conflict surgery — practised in GIT QUEST, our gamified Git module.

03 Docker

Images vs containers, Dockerfiles, layers and caching, volumes, networks, Compose, and registry workflows.

04 Maven & Build

Java build lifecycle, dependency management, artifacts, and how a build becomes a deployable.

05 Jenkins & CI/CD

Freestyle vs pipeline, Jenkinsfile, agents, credentials, and a real build-test-deploy pipeline.

06 Kubernetes

Pods, deployments, services, ingress, config and secrets, probes, scaling, and debugging a broken cluster.

07 Ansible

Inventory, playbooks, roles, idempotency, vault, and configuring a fleet without touching a box.

08 Terraform

HCL, providers, state, modules, plan/apply discipline, and provisioning real AWS infrastructure.

09 Monitoring & Observability

Prometheus metrics, exporters, PromQL, Grafana dashboards, alerting rules that actually page.

10 Capstone

One pipeline, end to end: source to container to cluster, monitored — reviewed personally.

Do I need experience before I start?
The track is pitched at Beginner+ to Intermediate. Module 01 starts at the Linux filesystem, permissions and processes, so you do not need to arrive knowing Docker or Kubernetes — you need to be comfortable at a terminal and willing to break things. If you already run servers, the first modules go quickly and Kubernetes and Terraform are where your effort goes.
When does the next cohort run?
Cohort 2 — in progress. New enrolments are read by hand and placed in the next intake, which runs for 6 weeks — Mon · Wed · Fri · 8:00 PM US-Eastern (5:30 AM IST).
Are the classes live, or recorded video?
Live. The schedule above is real class time with an instructor in the room — you interrupt, you ask, you get an answer. That is the whole reason this is sold as a cohort and not as a video library.
How much of this is hands-on?
All of it, and on real machines. Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform and the monitoring stack are practised in your own browser terminal against infrastructure we provision for you. The Capstone is one pipeline end to end — source to container to cluster, monitored — and it is reviewed personally.
What is InfraBuild Labs, and how long do I keep it?
It is our own lab platform: browser terminals wired to real machines, guided exercises and per-task verification, plus GIT QUEST, the gamified Git module. Every lab this track uses runs there, and your seat includes of access.
How does enrolment actually work?
Four steps. You apply on the labs platform and pick this track. You pay for the seat — a partner referral code comes off the price at that point. We review the application by hand. Once you are approved you get your labs account and the cohort schedule, and you start.
A partner gave me a referral code — where does it go?
If you arrived on a link carrying the code, it is already applied: you can see it on the price above, and it stays with you for thirty days even if you close the tab. If you have a code but no link, enter it at checkout. Either way the platform is the authority on what it is worth — the figure you see here comes from it, not from this page.
Do I need my own AWS account or a strong laptop?
A laptop that can run a browser is enough for the platform work — the lab machines are ours and you reach them over the web, so nothing depends on your machine surviving a Kubernetes install. For the Terraform and cloud modules a personal AWS free-tier account is the cleanest way to keep what you provision under your own control, and to destroy it when you are done.
Do you help with interviews and the job search?
